Hello!
I'm Jill. I'm a self-taught artist, born, raised, and living in Texas. Back in 2019, I had a thriving community centered around plant-based cooking. I've written 17 cookbooks, a shit-ton of recipes, and produced videos on YouTube. I was really cooking until my life took a hard left turn. I ran out of steam and burned out.
I fell into a deep depression. Anxiety rode my brain like a carousel. I was stuck in Molasses swamp for a looooong time.
Then one day, I decided to sign up for one of those mini-art classes at a local art shop, "Alcohol Inks for Beginners."
My spirit, my peace, my joy - I found Jill in the colorful pigments, the discovery, the really messy art. I found a reconnection and a new direction.
I shit you not when I say, "Art saved my life."
Fast forward to 2026, I practically live in my converted garage turned art studio. Everyday, I paint, draw, or sculpt under a skylight until the light fades out of the room. My studio is full of every kind of medium I have ever been curious to try and master.
I've learned I am an expressive artist capable of making expressive art, no matter the medium I pick up.
I've learned I don't need to run a marathon, climb a mountain, or travel the world to feel whole. There's nothing more sacred, more befitting, more interesting to me than simply being creative. It's the only place I long to be.

Here, I combine all of my skills and sense of humor with my favorite tv-show characters, streamers, favorite comics, to create original paintings and sculptures.
