Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Any requests 5 days before an event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for each class. Store credits are valid for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit
• Jill McKeever reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Guests will be notified in advance.
