ART COMMISSION AGREEMENT
By making this purchase, I, the art buyer, am agreeing to hire Jill McKeever to create an abstract painting with an ARC Raiders theme. I have provided Jill with screenshots from my gameplay (attached to this page), along with a list of items I wish to be included in the design.
From client's email June 25, 2026:
"Our exploratory concept is that the painting takes place inside The Music Room, on the wall with musical notes. There is a brown dresser (the kind that usually has lootable drawers) that we were thinking to have some of our favorite in-game items displayed:
(Note: we're imagining that the plant/candles are removed from the top of the dresser, they are not needed)
-Guitar = leaning against the front (right?) of the dresser
-a Lemon
-an Alien Duck and a Gentle Duck = hoping they can be facing each other
-a Zipline = leaning against the side (left) of the dresser
We're hoping a 16x20 canvas will work but like all of these ideas."

The painting is signed by the artist on the front and back of canvas.
A Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, is included with the painting.

As the art buyer, I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of $960.00 USD to Jill McKeever, to secure this art commission for one (16x20 inch canvas) acrylic painting.
On this day, upon checkout, I will pay $480.00 USD, along with any taxes that may be applied by law.
Upon completion of the artwork, Jill McKeever will email photos of the finished art, to ensure I am pleased with the work. Afterwards, I will receive an email with a link to pay the remaining 50% of the commission, along with the calculated shipping charges, and any tax that may apply by law.
The artwork will be securely packed and shipped via USPS or UPS from Austin, Texas.
A tracking number will be provided and emailed to the art buyer's email address provided at checkout.
All communications, images, links, and tracking numbers will be emailed to the art buyer's email address provided at checkout.
Finally, I understand Jill McKeever is a real person, not a copy machine. It may take 8 to 12 weeks for her to complete this commission.
