Art Commission for Burnt Peanut Fan Art Painting 11x14 - Deposit to Secure Commission

ART COMMISSION AGREEMENT

By making this purchase, I, the art buyer, am agreeing to hire Jill McKeever to create a fan art painting of The Burnt Peanut.  I have provided Jill with screenshots of Peanut in the outfit and with the expression I desire in the painting.

Price: $462.00 (shipping charges not included)

The painting is signed by the artist on the front and back of canvas.

A Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, is included with the painting, if I, the art buyer, so choose to sell the painting in the future.

As the art buyer, I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of $462.00 to Jill McKeever, to secure this art commission for one (11x14 inch canvas) acrylic fan art painting of The Burnt Peanut.

On this day, upon checkout, I will pay $231.00, along with any sales tax that may be applied by state law. 

Upon completion of the artwork, Jill McKeever will email photos of the finished art, to ensure I am pleased with the work.  Afterwards, I will receive an email with a link to pay the remaining 50% of the commission, along with UPS shipping charges, and any state sales tax that may apply by state law.

The artwork will be securely packed and shipped via UPS from Austin, Texas.
A tracking number will be provided and emailed to the art buyer's email address provided at checkout.

All communications, images, links, and tracking numbers will be emailed to the art buyer's email address provided at checkout.

Finally, I understand Jill McKeever is a real person, not a copy machine.  It may take 2 - 3 weeks for her to complete this commission, depending on where it lands in the order of commissions accepted.
