What you may want to know before buying this book.
- All 60 OMGee dressings are prepared without the use of processed oils. They are also plant-based, dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free.
- The creamy recipes use nuts, seeds, or plain unsweetened yogurt to create their texture.
- In the recipes directing to cream nuts and seeds, I suggest using a strong, bullet-style blender. Owning a bullet-style processor, like the NutriBullet, with a 1-cup blender cup will make preparation manageable and enjoyable.
- Most of the recipes yield around 1-cup of dressing or sauce, give or take unless otherwise noted. Writing “Makes about 1 cup” fifty-odd times felt superfluous.
