My intentions in writing this publication are to expand your knowledge, cooking expertise, add to your family approved recipe collection, and be a part of your journey to improving your health and those you care about around you.
Going off the rails of the dairy train can be mentally stressful for animal-dairy lovers. I know; I was one of them back in 2011 before I transitioned to the plant-based lifestyle. To be entirely honest, I am still a cheese foodie to this day. It is normal for there to be a variety of cheeses in my fridge. The only difference is I explore, purchase, and prepare nondairy and nut-based cheeses instead of the animal stuff. Because let's face it, cheese is so fun to eat. I never want it to go out of my life. There, I said it out loud.
Dear Mobile Device Readers, This recipe guide is a PDF file; it is viewable on a computer and recipes can be printed. You can view the guide from a mobile device if you have mobile apps installed that read PDF files.
The Kindle Reader and iBooks app accept PDF files; know the table of contents is disabled through these apps. I don't know why. I use the scroll function, bookmark my favorite recipes, and all works out in the end. :D
Let me know how you get on with the recipes and which ones you and your family like most.
