I own a buttload of new, never used, Winsor & Newton Artists' Oil Colour™ paints.
The tubes have light wear from doing time in retail and being pushed around a paint box in my art studio.
The oil paints, themselves, are in great condition and have been living in an air conditioned studio. The tubes are full, unused, and waiting for a creative home.
